About ADHD Winner

Hey, it’s Roman.

For most of my life, until I was about 40, I tried to achieve my goals and live up to my full potential. I’d get excited about new projects, jump in with lots of energy… and then lose interest pretty quickly.

I kept thinking I just needed to find the thing that would truly inspire me. Then everything would fall into place. But the same pattern kept repeating. I’d get excited, dream about it, enjoy that part… then struggle to start, finally push myself to do something—and soon after, I’d get bored. Game over.

«I don’t abandon projects. I set them free to find better owners.»

One day, while looking for something online—I don’t even remember what—I came across a website about ADHD. Someone was sharing their experience, describing the typical signs. And suddenly, it all clicked. I was shocked. It was like they were talking about me. I recognized myself in almost every story.

Since then, I’ve been learning and experimenting with different tools and practices. I studied both Western methods and Eastern practices. Even though the Eastern ones aren’t specifically for ADHD, they help manage emotions, boost self-awareness, and improve balance. For me, the Eastern practices worked best. In addition, I studied nutritional science as it relates to ADHD, sleep and many other things. It’s been a long road. Some things I dropped, others I turned into a system that really works for me.

My life didn’t just get better—it changed completely. Now I understand my limits, how to work around them, and, most importantly, I lean into my ADHD superpowers first.

…I hope something from my journey helps you too. But remember—there’s no one-size-fits-all. ADHD isn’t a flaw—it’s just a different way of experiencing the world. Our goal isn’t to “fix” ourselves, but to find our own path where our brain works for us, not against us.

Take care,
Roman
